Delivery Information

Orders placed on our web site are despatched as soon as possible, using the method selected in the order cart. If your parts are required urgently and you want an express delivery service, please select the relevant option, and we will do the rest. We use Royal Mail's Recorded first class postal service or international standard (formerly air mail) service for small packages and Interlink Express for most of our domestic and the majority of our overseas parcels. Larger domestic orders are sent via Pallet Freight, and for customers, in Europe, we also utilise Interlink Express for a cost-effective, economy delivery service by road.

These options provide our customers with a choice of the best services available. Please see below for further details.

Shipping charges for export of oversize parcels outside the UK, may not be accurately displayed on our web site. Please see below for further details.

Please note that as a security measure, your first order with us must be delivered to the credit card holders registered address.

United Kingdom 

We utilise Royal Mail's first class Recorded postal service or DPD's standard Service, depending upon size, weight and urgency. Larger domestic orders are sent via Pallet couriers.

We aim to despatch all UK orders within 24hrs, subject to stock availability and payment being received.

The majority of UK orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Certain off-shore, remote, Scottish Highland and Northern Ireland destinations may take longer. Bulky and very heavy items may also take longer. If you require your parts urgently, a UK Mainland next working day express option is available for orders placed by 3 pm. You can also choose to have your order sent to an alternative work address or direct to your garage after your first order. All orders sent by the carrier or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery / Interlink Express will require a signature on delivery. Please wait a full 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Charges (including packaging & handling) are calculated on the weight of the consignment and the desired shipping method.

 Please note that the minimum postage charge reflects our cost of processing, picking, packing and despatching your order and may sometimes appear disproportionate with an order of very low value. We, therefore, recommend you add some other items to your order to make the shipping more cost effective.

Supplements apply to out of area rural destinations including Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands and for certain 'hazardous' products, such as aerosols, paints, fluids and chemicals. Please inquire about shipping to BFPO addresses. Any quoted delivery times are for 'working days' from despatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays. All delivery times are guides. Certain large or bulky items may incur an additional packing charge. Please note that the delivery driver may need assistance to unload large/heavy items - Please advise if special delivery arrangements are required.

EU Countries

We utilise Royal Mail Airmail, Interlink Express for an economy parcel delivery service by road to most European destinations at a low, fixed price box rate (Interlink Express has one fixed price up to 31.5Kg, and not exceeding 175cm length and 300cm girth which is length cm + 2 x width cm + 2 x height cm - meaning that it costs no more to include extra parts!).
   
Larger European orders are sent by air or road freight by alternate carriers, depending upon destination and speed of service required. *We aim to despatch all export orders within 48 hours of receipt, subject to stock availability and payment for goods and shipping charges being received.

If you require your parts urgently, an Express option is available. All orders sent by Carrier will require a signature on delivery. You can choose to have your order sent to an alternative work address or direct to your garage after your first order. For orders that include oversize, large/bulky parts (e.g. body panels), an additional shipping charge may be incurred, which will not be reflected in the charge our website displays. This is because the charge is calculated by physical weight, rather than volumetric weight. This cannot be calculated until the order is packed, measured and weighed. If the volumetric weight exceeds the physical weight, we will notify you by email prior to despatch if the shipping charge our web site has indicated is insufficient, and inform you of the new shipping total, seeking your authorization to proceed.

Certain large or bulky items may also incur an additional packing charge.

Road Delivery via Interlink Express Classic

Delivery via Interlink Express Up to 31.5kg Box Weight / Size

We aim to despatch all export orders within 48 hours Excludes Madeira and the Azores excludes Balearic and Canary Islands.

Small orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail Tracked service and will usually arrive within 5-15 days depending on location. Large and bulky or heavy items and orders will be sent using international freight services. We will contact you for advise on prices and service speeds available to your destination.

VAT at the ruling UK rate will be applied to the order if shipped within the EU. Please note that there may be shipping restrictions for overseas destinations for certain 'hazardous' products, such as aerosols, paints, fluids and chemicals. Please enquire for shipping to BFPO addresses. Orders cannot be sent to American Forces Post Offices (APO's).

Worldwide (Non EU Countries)

We do not charge VAT on orders despatched directly outside the EU however, any local import duty, taxes or customs clearance are not included in our prices and must be paid for by you, usually at the time of delivery by the Carrier. Please check your parcels

When you sign for a parcel being delivered, please inspect it carefully. If it has suffered in transit, you can mark the delivery note 'Parcel Damaged', before signing, or even refuse delivery in serious cases. We do of course pack carefully to help avoid these problems! Some deliveries involve more than one parcel - please check that all have been received.

We must be advised within 48 hours of delivery of any shortages or damaged goods.

Loss in Transit

If your parcel does not arrive, we have to establish our claim with the carriers concerned before we can send a replacement consignment. This can sometimes be a lengthy process, and if your part is needed urgently, a second order can be paid for to save time. We refund one of your orders as soon as the carriers clear our claim.
